We have a Conflict of Interest & Dispute Resolution Policy. Complaints can be submitted to the Ethics Committee, which investigates and resolves disputes fairly.
Yes! ETA provides professional certification programs to validate skills and enhance credibility. Members must pass an exam and meet qualification standards.
Some workshops and seminars are open to non-members (for a fee).
However, members get priority access and discounts.
